Online purchasing and donation procedure
None of your banking data is kept on our site because all the banking information to process the payment goes directly through Paypal and is encrypted. Your bank details are invisible to us and thus guarantee you optimal security.
Account creation allows you to finalize your purchase by creating a reusable personal customer account which will then allow you to identify yourself via your username and a personal password to finalize your subsequent transactions but also update your personal data, find your history of orders, invoices and address books. Applicable law - Disputes
Orders are subject to French law. The contractual information is presented in French and the products presented for sale comply with French regulations. Where applicable, it is up to the foreign customer to check with the local authorities the possibilities of using the product he intends to order; the responsibility of the association Moonhopper can not be engaged in the event of non-compliance with the regulations of a foreign country where the product is delivered. In the event of a dispute, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
Product presentation
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on the product sheets. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. The responsibility of the association Moonhopper can not be engaged if errors are introduced. All texts and images presented on the website of the Moonhopper association are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
Period of validity of sales offers
The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability, as soon as possible, by e-mail or by post.
Product prices
The product sheets show the prices in euros all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The amount of VAT is specified on the invoice and the shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of the different products by the customer. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in force when the order is recorded.
Orders
The customer validates his order in the shopping cart; he then accepts the ordering process and these conditions of sale. Moonhopper confirms the order by e-mail; this confirmation includes all the elements of the order. The data recorded by the Moonhopper association constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by the Moonhopper association; the customer can access this archive by contacting contact@neverendingorchestra.com.
Payment
Payment is made using the services of Paypal.
Delivery
Delivery of available products is, for metropolitan France, approximately 5 days from receipt of payment by the Moonhopper association. The carrier's risk is borne by the purchaser who, in the event of delivery damage or missing items, must specify his reservations within three days of delivery, by registered post sent to the carrier.
Customer Relations - After sales service
For any information, question or complaint, the customer can contact the email contact@neverendingorchestra.com.
Satisfied or refunded
The customer has seven days from delivery to return the product after sending his request to contact@neverendingorchestra.com. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. After acceptance of the Moonhopper association, the customer can then be reimbursed for the price of the product in the month following the request. However, products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled are not taken back.
Confidentiality of data
The personal data provided by the customer are not disseminated to third parties; they are, unless expressly opposed by the customer, included in the customer file of the Moonhopper association.
